Theft: Heather Willey, 31, 2403 Vermont Ave., pleaded guilty and sentenced one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to pay restitution to and a lifetime ban from all Walmart stores.

Sentenced on Count I and II to five years in purposeful incarceration at IDOC. Assessed $185 court costs. Ordered to pay $200 drug interdiction fee.
