Admitted violation on Count III and ordered to serve 120 days of previously suspended sentence, to be served through Community Corrections. Count II dismissed.

Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia: Keith Simpson, 42, Liberty, pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to 252 days at FCJ. Assessed $385 court costs. Count II dismissed.

Escape: Lina Combs, 42, 1212 West 12th St., pleaded guilty and sentenced to 180 days at IDOC, to be served consecutively with sentence previously imposed. Assessed $180 court costs.
