Resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, probation violation: Montee W. Filler, 46, 1314 1/2 Eastern Ave., pleaded guilty to Count I and assessed $185 court costs. Admitted violation on Count III and ordered to serve six months or previously suspended sentence. Ordered to submit to a substance abuse evaluation and successfully complete all recommended classes and counseling. Count II dismissed.

Residential entry, domestic battery: Norman Ellis, 26, 1065 East 5th St., pleaded guilty to Count II and sentenced as a Class A misdemeanor to 208 days in FCJ. Assessed $235 court costs. Count I dismissed.

Resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, public intoxication: Sherri Yingst, 49, 521 West 7th St., pleaded guilty to Count I and ordered to serve 100 days in FCJ. Assessed $185 court costs. Counts II and III dismissed.
